Shipping

Shipping Locations: 

We ship to the lower 48 states.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally.

Shipping Rates:

1-4 Tubers - $12.65

5-15 Tubers - $21

16+ Tubers - $28

Combined Shipping:

Shipping will be combined when you purchase the $3 combined shipping fee.  This fee only needs to be purchased once for all of your orders to be combined.  Extra charges will be refunded based on total quantity of tubers purchased.  Refunds will be processed at the time of shipping, starting in April.  Please note: to combine orders they must use the same name, email and shipping address.

Packaging: 

Tubers will be individually packaged in a bag with vermiculite.

Shipping Timeframe:

All pre-sale orders will ship starting in April, and will be shipped by region based on temperature, after the threat of frost has passed.  Shipping will be complete by April 30th, if weather allows. We do not offer early shipping. 

Local Pick-up:

We do not offer local pick up.

Shipping Loss or Damage:

We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping.  If issues occur during shipping, please contact the carrier for resolution.

Order Tracking:

We ship via USPS priority shipping.  You will receive a tracking number via email for your shipment once it has been processed.
